Safari updates automatically when you update the iOS on your phone. If your phone is updated to the most recent iOS 14.5.1, then Safari is updated. If you have not updated to iOS 14.5.1, then do so.

Open the App Store application on your iPhone, tap on the Updates icon at the bottom of the screen (second from the right) scroll down until you see an update available for Safari. If an update is available, you will see the Safari app icon with an “update” button next to it.
This is not correct for Safari. It updates automatically with iOS updates. There is no way to go to the App Store to update Safari, because Safari is NOT an app you download from the App Store. Safari is native to iPhone and cannot be deleted.
