Problem of screen turning off before I touch it

Hi . I am facing an issue wherein the screen turns off even before I am able to execute or touch the screen . Video attached . What is the issue . Is it software problem ... happening a lot

Check

Settings, Display and brightness, Auto lock. Set it to 3 minutes
