Notification panel and control center issue in Apple Watch Series 6

Cant access the notification panel and control center every time I swipe down or up. I was reading a mail and when I tried to reply through my apple watch, watch got hanged and then I pressed digital crown to come back to watch screen. After that I couldn't open the notification panel or control center throughout the day till I restarted the watch next day. This has happened before as well (not the hang part but it was really shocking seeing a brand new watch to get hanged), when nothing happened when I swipe down or up from the Watch Screen.

PS: Bought this Apple Watch Series 6 2 days ago and have updated it to the latest software.

If you have zoom enabled turn it off.
