my phone won’t update, and wont let me use cellular data. it tells me there was a problem updating and when i try to update it tells me i’m not connected to internet even when i’m connected to wifi.
I would retry later or connect the ios device by cable to a computer and use that to update it

Being connected to Wi-Fi does not guarantee that your phone is also connected to the Internet. Have you tried updating by connecting your phone directly to a computer that has verified Internet access?
