My aol emails will not update

My wife and I have iPhone 6 phone. Her phone has stopped updating her AOL emails. Mine is working fine. She gets an error message stating "Cannot get emails. No password provided for AOL. Please go to Mail Account Settings and enter password". Her password is loaded. Even when she reloads the password, she still gets the error. Any recommendation on what to do?
