can i upgrade my iMac (mid 2011) to os10.14 or later?

is this possible to upgrade to newer os?

No. Unfortunately, your iMac is only supported up to macOS 10.13 High Sierra. If you don't have 10.13 High Sierra, get it here: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support. Download it via. Safari. Backup first!
