What do you see on your screen when you attempt to launch Photoshop and Creative Cloud?

You have a M1 Mac Mini and your Photoshop app is probably migrated from your pervious Intel Mac. If that is the case then your Intel based Photoshop app will need Rosetta 2 to run on your M1 Mac Mini. Rosetta 2 acts as a translator between Intel based apps and the M1 chip. Rosetta 2, therefore, makes it possible to run Intel apps on your M1 based Mac Mini.

Having said all of that, you should have been given an option to launch Rosetta 2 when you may have attempted to open an Intel based app on your M1 Mac Mini. It is a one time installation and then Rosetta 2 runs in the background.

Open the Applications folder and then RIGHT CLICK on the Photoshop app. Choose GET INFO from the options. Ensure that RUN USING ROSETTA is checked.

Here is some ➔ more information on Rosetta and its use.

FWIW, the Creative Cloud app is now M1 compatible and if you did

import from an Intel machine you should update.

Also, the current Photoshop CC is now also M1 compatible. You should

update.

However, if you migrated these form and Intel machine, you may actually

have to uninstall and reinstall the above to get things right.
