after installing Big Sur 11.3 I get kicked out of apps continuously. It feels like I switch between apps, but I don't actually switch.
Even while typing this text my cursor just vanishes and I have to activate this page to continue typing.
Big problem that makes working impossible.

Are you accidentally brushing the Trackpad and the Focus / pointers is moved elsewhere.
no, I payed attention to it. even now, i hold my hands above the keyboard , I type with 2 fingers and I have to activate this box 8 times.

well, I feel a bit dumb now.... don't know what caused it, but after a restart it's back ok.
