I need a phone number to talk with someone about my bill could you do that?

I just paid an amount on my phone in my settings two days ago but now it’s saying I owe again. What’s going on will you explain? I’m 70 yrs young and I’m confused with this bill. Can you remove the junk that’s not needed? I would love to start fresh.

You are not speaking to Apple employees here. You need to contact Apple on your own. Go here and click on Billing and Subscriptions and go from there.
