Thank you, Niel, for replying. The video icon when I drag it to the open thumb drive and release it returns to the icon on my desktop and a get a window that says
"The operation can't be completed because one or more required items can't be found. (Error code -43)"
Is it necessary for me to format the new ScanData drive?
Can you Format that drive to EX-Fat?
Thank you! That was the problem. I thought new thumb drives were already formatted and ready for Mac use. I have never used thumb drives before on a Mac.
