All of a sudden, my husband’s relatively new iPhone will not go into landscape mode on any of the apps. He discovered it while trying to use the calculator in landscape mode. We have done all the turn on and off and forced close procedures. Any thoughts?

iPhone with Touch ID:
Swipe UP from the bottom edge of the Home screen to see the Control Center, tap the icon with a lock and a circle arrow around it to lock/unlock screen orientation
On iPhone with Face ID:
Pull down from the top right and see above.

Did you turn on rotation lock, if yes turn off it this may solve your problem.
