From Apple's documentation:

How your Apple Card application is evaluated - https://support.apple.com/HT209218

Section on "How your initial credit limit is determined"

"Goldman Sachs will need your credit history with Apple Card to inform any request for credit limit increases on Apple Card, and this can take six months or more. "

According to the the Apple Card Customer Agreement at Goldman Sachs

https://www.goldmansachs.com/terms-and-conditions/Apple-Card-Customer-Agreement.pdf

"YOUR CREDIT LIMIT

We may increase or decrease your credit limit at any time, subject to applicable law."

As you can see, these do not say exactly the same thing as to when an increase can be implemented. It is likely that despite saying "at any time", in practice Goldman Sachs has a 6 month trial period for accounts before considering a credit limit increase.

From the Goldman Sachs terms and conditions document here is how you can contact Goldman Sachs:

"CONTACTING US

Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, you can contact us with questions or other matters about your Account by:

• Using Messages;

• Calling us toll-free at 877-255-5923; or

• Writing to us at Lockbox 6112, P.O. Box 7247, Philadelphia, PA 19170-6112."
