iCloud Storage Plan

Hello. I use three apple devices.

For some reason, my Apple is being super ***** and won't let me cancel the 50GB iCloud storage. I go to downgrade. I press on 5GB, I press done. Nothing happens.

Please help me.

Okay, strange. There are no other ways to do it than as I describe.

Then contact Apple Support directly and have them cancel it for you.

I understand you want to cancel your iCloud Storage, and downgrade to the free storage plan. Remember that if the content on your iCloud exceeds 5GB, then you need to move it.

First, try rebooting your iPhone.

Then go to:

Settings -> Apple ID (Your Name) -> iCloud -> Manage Storage -> Change Storage Plan -> Downgrade Options. Under Choose Downgrades, select Free (5GB) and confirm.

Your current plan will be canceled, the date on which it will normally need to be renewed.
