Will resizing bootcamp (larger) for windows image my Mac?

I have an iMac 2019 3ghz 6-core intel corei5 1TB and am using 130gb on bootcamp for windows. Most of my hardware (large printers) only uses windows. I find that the windows side is very slow as I have large programs on it. If I increase my bootcamp size on windows what will the implications be?

Will my windows apps and data be lost?

Will my Mac apps and data be lost?

Need to do it, but am scared of the implications.

Does your iMac have a Fusion drive?

If I increase my bootcamp size on windows what will the implications be?

Apple does not not officially support altering the size of Windows, once installed. To change the size, you need to remove/reinstall Windows. However, you may be able to use third-party software to backup/restore Windows and change the size.

Will my windows apps and data be lost?

If you re-install, then yes.

Will my Mac apps and data be lost?

No. Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support to avoid data loss.

Need to do it, but am scared of the implications.

There is no need to be scared. 😇
