Postcode invalid

i’m trying to add my card to my icloud for apple pay. but they constantly say it’s invalid i’ve tried 5 0s and 6. i’ve tried my 7 digit eircode. i’ve looked up some to see if they’d work. and nothing will work. it worked once before for a different card after about an hour. but what do i do
