No. Only \oint, and \iiint syntax are supported.
Apple uses a restrictive syntax latex/MathML translator (blahtex) in Pages to convert equations to embedded MathML content. This excludes the \ointclockwise family which can actually be found in the Math Symbols category of the Emojis & Symbols (character) palette by pressing control+command+spacebar. Just search for the string contour integral.
You can read more about latex support in the Apple article, Add mathematical equations to your document in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, and About LaTeX and MathML support in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and iBooks Author. From the second link, click on the blahtex hyperlink to get the PDF guide that tells you what specific syntax is supported in the Pages equation editor.
