The progress bar at the log in screen is stuck

Hello, so I was using my MacBook Pro 2013 15in after a week, at first it had problems turning on but now the progress bar at the log in screen is stuck and I can’t use my MacBook at all. I hard reset my Mac, same response. Please reach out as soon as possible beca I need to use my Mac for school stuff, thanks.
