I cannot switch ON Airplay Display in my Macbook pro

Somehow, I', not able to switch ON Airplay Display in my MacBook Pro 2015, which has MacOS Big Sur updated. Any help?

airplay connectivity I have read the articles on airplay display for my 2017 MacBook Pro and it still won't give me the choice of turning it on. Any more ideas? I'm running Mojave (don't have a choice) until the new machine comes in a couple of weeks.
