Disabled account

I am locked out of my account and can’t fix it. I have never downloaded music and see there are charges. Is that the issue? Thanks

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106


If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
