If you purchased it from Apple and if the iPhone was purchased less than 14 days ago then you may return it for a full refund (US Policy). If it has been over 14 days then the only option is to trade it in at a lesser value. You can visit Apple.com and look up the trade-in values of the model of your iPhone.
