I’m getting a message on my calendar that my iPhone will be locked In 18 hours in my iOS is hacked how can I take care of that

You got tricked into installing a rogue calendar; your phone does not have a virus.
Go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts, Tap Subscribed Calendars, tap on the offending calendar and delete it.
And in the future beware of "free" offers
