Hey dont be worried this is just a scam trying to get you to do something, you can just close the tab or close safari and you should be just fine, you see that url you can always tell its a scam or a bad link when you click on it or get to a webiste where the url is some random tackis.xyz kind of url or soemthing just random out of the blue and google would never tell you to instal an app on your device or even tell you that you have a virus, so don't go installing any apps you should be just fine. Hope that fixes your worries. 🙂

Unless you have jailbroken your phone there are no known virus for iPhone. If you have jailbroken your phone, you're on your own.

You cannot get a virus in iCloud period (Not at all). You should be just fine how you are if you would like to you can follow lobsterghost1’s way and you can clear the history and website data if that makes you feel any better. Reply if you have any further questions. 🙂
