Windows 10 Install error!

I have been trying to install Windows 10 via bootcamp on my MacBook Pro 16 inch , while it was working fine until one day windows wanted to act up and i had to format it. And now i am unable to install windows as the process always ends up with me on the windows blue screen of death with a message windows and initiaTE BCD. I tried everything i could (installing from an external source, changing the iso, sac reset).This has been driving me crazy since a week, any help would be appreciated :)

You will need to

Download the Catalina installer application
Create a bootable installer - How to create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support
Boot from the installer and erase your internal disk
Install Catalina

My recommendation is

Backup macOS via Time Machine and erase whole disk
Install macOS Catalina
Install Windows
Upgrade to macOS Big Sur
Restore Big Sur files from TM backup via Migration Assistant
Test and verify

The installer starts ans reaches till the finish up stage and then a error pops up saying that windows couldn't initiate boot configuration drivers and the Installations crashes. And yes I. Running Big Sur.
