You cannot get iOS13 on an iPhone 6. The latest available is 12.5.2.

Just go to Settings - General - Software Update. You need to be connected to wifi and have at least 50% battery, or be connected to charge.

Okay thanks. I cant install instagram bec it needs to be ios 12 then my phone is ios 11. Thankyou
