Storage device is always failing

I had a hard disk problem for my iMac so I changed it with a new hard disk and it worked fro several days and failed then again I changed it with an SSD now it also failed is there any specific reason for this?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.14

The chances of this are almost 0%.


There is some other underlying issue causing this. Perhaps the hard drive was never bad to begin with, or in the process of replacement, you broke something else.


Unfortunately, I think you have learned the lesson of why you should never open, upgrade, or fix your Mac. This is why you should ALWAYS take it to an Apple Store for service!
