Apple music payment

I’ve seen that i can get apple music 3 months for free and I picked this choice but I see that I have been charged for 7.99$.

Can you explain for me what happened?

It may be that you have already tried it before or used the Apple One trial.

It says if you "resubscribe" which leads me to think that you may have exhausted the trial options.
