Grid view to List view on iWatch Series 5 Issues

I just purchased an iWatch Series 5 and am havign trouble changing my apps from a grid view to a list view. Whenever I "pressure" touch the apps screen, all it is showing me is that I can rearrange my apps or delete my apps. I do not have a pop-up screen asking me to select grid view or list view like my old iWatch did. What's the deal here boys?
