iPad bend

This is absolutely really bad I have my brand new iPad and I have always kept it in the case

and it’s really sad to see that my iPad it’s bend now when it has never been taken out of the case. I have contacted support and now they want me to pay almost £600 for repair how on earth im going to pay for a repair when the iPad it’s brand new and it’s not been damage intensionally and the quality of the iPad it’s so bad that it got bend wearing a case. I have googled this issue and they are many people having the same issue with their iPad. This should be considered as a repair option and get a new iPad or repaired iPad.
