What if the screen doesn't respond at all?
My screen isn't responding to touch at all. So I can't even reboot. Anyone have this problem before?

No. But I was able to get help in the online chat. I could reboot by pressing volume up, volume down, and then holding down the button on the right until the Apple came up on the screen. It rebooted and now the screen works fine!
