My iPad just recently stopped responding to me when I try turning it off of aeroplane mode so I decided to power it off. Now it won’t turn back on and it’s stuck in the apple symbol. My old phone did the same thing last year and never turned on again. My iPad is new and I’ve only had it for just over a month now, please help me.

Hi I am sorry to hear about your new iPad being stuck on the apple logo screen. Rest assured though if you plug it into iTunes it will install new software on the iPad and fix the frozen screen.
