Payment without my permission

I am Aidana. I am from Kazakhstan.

I like the company Apple and its services.


I have no paid apps and subscriptions.

But payment is made twice for 7 780 kzt from my credit card.


I request a refund without my permission.

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem.      


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take.
