The logo on my Apple Watch keeps flashing and won’t turn on.. what does this mean?

The watch is failing to start, then shutting down completely, suggesting the watch battery may be too low to let the watch start. Please see Apple’s advice in If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support.
If it still won’t start after you have tried all the suggestions, Contact Apple Support and arrange to get your watch checked by Apple.
