Printing to Epson SureColor P600 from Photoshop.

I'm having difficulty printing to my Epson Surecolor P600 since I've updated to Big Sur. Has anyone else encountered the problem? Epson says not to use AirPrint. Apple doesn't seem to have printer drivers for OS 11; the most recent I can find is 10.6.

Epson has full drivers for it on their site:
