I just completed a 2 hour 31 minutes outdoor walk and my watch has only registered 59 minutes, when going into the actual walk on my phone it has registered the full time. This is not the first time this has happened and is very frustrating. I have also tried all the trouble shooting as mentioned online. Do you know why this is?

Thank you for tour quick response, I’m still not sure that I understand if that’s what is happening, as you can see from the screenshot I walked for 2:32 hours at an ave heart rate of 119 yet it still only registered 59 mins 🤦♀️ Any other suggestion?
