My calendar app is showing virus. How to remove virus

Open Calendar App from the Home screen.

Next, tap the Calendars button at the bottom.

You should now notice a section called On My iPhone with several suspicious calendars listed below it. ...

Tap on the i button next to the suspicious calendar.

Now, tap on Delete Calendar.

Update your software, too. We are at 14.4.1 now.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account. 

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

I had the same thing on my friends IPAD - fundamentally found a 'subscribed' calendar under 'calendars' - it didn't have a name but tagged as 'orange' - I unsubscribed it, and it has gone - given that Apple RARELY has virus problems, where has this come from ???
