Keynote in dark mode
how to change the keynote theme to normal (white) mode.
Cause strain to the eye in dark mode. Very hard for me to read.

It sounds as though you have Dark Mode enabled on your iOS or iPadOS device, and wanting to disable that feature when using Keynote. Being able to adjust settings such as Dark Mode is important, and this feature can be changed in Settings > Display & Brightness.
