What am i supposed to plug a double sided usb-c cable into?

what do i plug the charger into? I never seen a double sided usb c before I’m so confused.

almost all of Apple’s devices use that cable to connect one end into the charger block and the other into the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, same for iPad Pro, and some beats wireless headphones.
