Leaving a group chat

I’m in a group chat with Android and Apple users. There are about 11 people. I can’t leave it. I have no idea why. Can someone please help?

I’m in a group chat with android users and I don’t want to be in it anymore is there no way to leave it? If not that is ridiculous I’m in a work group chat for a job I don’t work anymore. I cannot leave it apparently because there are android users in it.
