My MacBook Pro won't update past 10.13, which prevents me from using WP 365. How do I update?

My computer says there are no updates available, but my system is 10.13. I just bought WP 365, which needs a 10.14 before it will let me download my purchase. How do I get the 10.14 update?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

So, basically, Microsoft sold me software that isn't compatible with my computer? What a rip!

What year/model is your computer? Microsoft does not know what computer operating system you are running. It sounds like you bought it before checking its compatibility. Check if Mojave is compatible with your computer: https://support.apple.com/kb/SP777?locale=en_US
