How do I delete user artwork permanently in the music app in Big Sur?

How do I delete user artwork permanently in the music app in Big Sur?

I can delete the artwork by going selecting the music file(s) or albums, then "Get Info", then clicking on the artwork and then delete.

BUT

The User Artwork reappears within minutes!

I want to delete all User Album Artwork and restart by using the Artwork supplied by Apple.

Help!
