Apologies. I didn't realize you were not near an Apple store.

I understand you just want to buy the new trackpad.

Apple does sell spare parts, but unfortunately, things are not looking good,

It seems a new trackpad may be unobtainable.

Spare parts are available for 5 years from when Apple last distributed the product for sale.

Apple's website (link below) says that service providers cannot order parts for products whose sales were discontinued more than 7 years ago.
