safari on Mac keeps deleting favourites

Why has Safari started to delete all favourites if saved to the favourites bar? All the bookmarks in the bar has also disappeared ?

Safari Favorites have disappeared Hi Everyone!, I have an ongoing issue where my safari favorites aren't displaying as they used to.Look at the pictures of what I mean. (The above picture of favorites ) Vs My MacBook Air ---> Although I have favorites they display in favorites bar but not on this screen above image is of favorites in safari. Bookmarks in Favorites Folder Disappear The bookmarks in my Favorite folder disappear. I can restore the bookmarks by replacing the Bookmarks.plist file via Time Machine. Unfortunately, any action working with bookmarks (creating a new folder, saving a new URL, etc.) causes the Favorites bookmarks to disappear. I'm running Safari on an iMac, Catalina version 10.15.1, Safari version 13.0.3. I'd be grateful for any help with a solution to this recent problem.

Startup in Safe Mode https://support.apple.com/lv-lv/HT201262

Lauch Safari.

Test.

To exit Safe Mode, click the  in the menu bar and then “Restart”.

Launch Safari, add websites to the Favorites. Test.
