Unable to use Apple ID from my new Apple TV. Says I need to create an iTunes Store Account

Not every freshly generated Apple ID account is ready for the iTunes Store. You will need to add enough information.
- The email address will have to be confirmed by responding with a code.
- The Apple ID account will need to have a valid billing address (typically your home address).
- The Apple ID account will need to have a valid payment method (or ‘None’ if you never subscribe or buy).
The best way to manage the account details is on an Apple mobile device or on a computer (Mac or PC).
