Can I use Apple TV 4K on old tv...I have Sony Bravia

If the TV is a 4K TV then the Apple TV will stream 4K to it. If it is not, then the Apple TV will stream HD to it. Having a 4K Apple TV will not make what you are seeing 4K.

Yes, Apple TV 4K will work with any TV that has HDMI-in.
