Macos Catalina install

Removed Macintosh HD from disk utilites while trying to reinstall catalina.

What should I do to fix this?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

if you have the MEDIA showing and the CONTAINER then use the + button to add and name a volume. Then install onto that volume.
