Cellular Update Failed

I have an iPhone 7 and looks like I'm dealing with what many are with a message saying Cellular Update Failed. I'm unable to connect to my cellular data and can't make calls or text. I did what what Apple recommended in their support article and it did nothing for me and just told me that my iPhone is up to date. Any other suggestions?
