I wanted to know is there anything I can do to remove my MDM on my iPhone my brother gave it to me as a surprise
Where did your Brother get this phone? You or he needs to talk to the business that enabled the MDM program to get it removed.

Sounds like your brother may have given you a stolen phone.
That or he is using an MDM to manage your device himself, which is not outside the realm of possibility.
Ask him about it.
