Apple fitness app not on my new Apple TV device

I just bought a new Apple TV device, primarily for the Apple fitness app. It is not showing up on my screen after hooking up the Apple TV. How do I fix this.

The Fitness app would be bundled pre-installed software for tvOS 14.3 or later, in the countries where Apple Fitness+ is available.
