Ever since we updated my child’s phone to the 12 in Dec 2020, the parental controls in family sharing don’t work. I have changed passwords, changed everything multiple times and the child can go in without a password and just reset. It does not ask them for a password-I have logged in on their phone to check. I see others with this same Apple issue. What’s the fix?
Thanks- that works great setting it up, but he can still go in on his end (not prompting for passcode on his end) and just turn them off. Like he’s the parent. It will work for a day and then reset itself. He’s 12 (and smart).
