iPad printer offline

My wife has an iPad (5th generation) model MPGT2LL/A. When I try to print from her iPad to my Epson ET-7700 printer, it says the printer is offline. I have no problem printing from my desktop computer or from my iPhone 8. I've tried rebooting my desktop computer, printer, & her iPad with no success. I've tried resetting the network settings with no success. Any ideas?
